2010 WRAP

We’d sincerely like to thanks all you guys for supporting us over the last year.

This has been one interesting year. As a South African 2010 will always be synonymous with the year 2010. For Goosebump Productions some of the highlights were:

• Relocating to a brand new studio.
• Upgrading all our equipment to full HD.
• Getting a new assistant editor and shooter in the form of Craig the magic man.
• Teaming up with the infamous Deon Bing on numerous productions.
• Shooting a behind the scenes video for Playboy.
• Kick off of the long talked about midnight sessions music collective, which we filmed in Outshoorn.
• We featured in an article in the Full-Circle magazine after our charity work for “Empowerment through Education”
• Producing a promo video for Sanlam Glacier
• Filming the Climate Change roadshow arranged by Conservation International and the Green Connection.
• Filming the Golden Games in Outshoorn
• Filming a live show for the band Proxy.
• Doing a live vision mix for Deon Bing.
• And my personal highlight was that I finally got my favourite lens – the Canon 70-200 f2.8 IS L, yay!

And last but definitely not least is all those happy married couples we have dealt with over the last year. Thanks guys for trusting us with your special memories. We broke all records this year including shooting 8 wedding videos in December alone!

Movie Making - An exciting new teambuilding event

We’d like to introduce you to an exciting new Teambuilding experience... Movie Making.

Have you ever dreamed of starring in a movie?

Have you ever dreamed of directing, or editing, or being the director of photography in a film?

Well dream no more. At Goosebump Productions we now offer a unique corporate team building event, where you get to act in your own film, as well as direct, shoot and edit it, all while being tutored by professional filmmakers. Your teams gets a brief introduction to filmmaking, you decide what roles you want to play in the production: acting, directing, producing, hair & makeup, cameraman, sound, lighting or editing. You then get to use professional equipment and you get a “making of” video of you all creating the masterpiece which will form part of the Extra’s of the DVD containing your masterpiece.

This event can be customised to your needs, from a half day event to a two day event, including script development, accommodation and an awards evening.
